Madhuri Dixit will be the chief guest at the Sixteen: Nine International Film Festival of Usha Pravin Gandhi College in Vile Parle, Mumbai.
On January 13th, the former Bollywood superstar will be giving away the awards at the end of the 2 day festival.
Veteran actress Shabana Azmi, Imran Khan, producers Sanjay Gupta and Ravi Chopra and director Goldie Behl will also be giving away awards.
Madhuri was the Guest of Honor at the International Kite Festival held at The Club in Andheri, Mumbai on Sunday.
Madhuri will also be on the Unforgettable Tour as it tours India in mid 2009.
The Unforgettable Tour in India will be held in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Kolkata.
In 2008, Madhuri was awarded the Padma Shri, India's fourth-highest civilian award, by the Government of India.
She was also nominated for the 2008 Filmfare Best Actress Award for her role as Diya in Aaja Nachle and for the 2008 Stardust Star of the Year Award - Female, also for Aaja Nachle.
And she was honored at the IFFLA Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles.
